A little bit of Gyaan, that I would give to my 14 year old Jaan!

Here's some piece of advice which I would give to my 14 year old younger self. 

    1. Never ever let the ‘Chaar Log kya kahenge’ bacteria infect you. Remember what Sandeep bhaiya said, ‘Self Confidence zameen ke andar ghusa hua hota hai’ and this bacteria simply just kills it. And then it takes a whole lot of courage to develop that confidence again. Just follow your heart and do whatever you want.

    2. Always keep in mind that you’re different and you are the best whether people like you or not because you are not Rajma Chawal and even if you were Rajma Chawal, then also there are people who love Kadhi Chawal because not everyone has the same taste. You have to be the best version of yourself.

    3. If you don’t love maths or science, then don’t opt for it for the sake of your parents. Listen what your gut says and tell your parents about it and go for it because it is a very crucial decision of your life, bs Apni gut instinct kii suno! And still if you can’t figure out what you really want then listen to your parents and not your friends because parents know you better.

    4. Indulge, Involve and grow with people. Go and talk to the backbenchers, go and talk to the studious ones too, make friends with your seniors as well, because even if you have the best of Chicken Momos then also you cannot miss manchurian, french fries and pizza on your plate.

    5. Don't follow the herd. Dare to go in the other direction, take a stand for yourself because if not you, then who is going to do that? You are your best friend and you need to love yourself. Say ‘NO’ if you don’t want to and say ‘YES’ if you freaking want it. Most important is to voice your opinion.

    6. Never forget Mummy ke sikhaye hue lessons and one of the lessons from Mumma’s trunk is,‘ jo hota haii ache ke liye hota haii’. Sometimes you might think that people are not meant to leave, you are not meant to get failed, things should not happen this way but you’ll realize that there was a good reason for it to happen because it was according to God’s plan, if not yours!

    Not so cute Crushes!

    that's the thing about school crushes,  they are cute, they give you butterflies in stomach, they make you smile from within. a small conversation with them, simply makes your day. And if by chance, unknowingly they shower some care, then my heart goes mmmmm mmmm.  everything seems so perfect, the other person does not even have an idea of how much they mean to you and yet without any expectations, you adore them so much.  But everything is not so cute, once we grow up.  because when we grow up, people tend to ignore the fact that these feelings might just be a crush or infatuation, they feel its love and that too true love (sighs!) they let the feelings of jealousy and possessiveness overpower their liking without even realizing the fact that the other person does not even know them properly and yet they tend to have so many expectations from them.
